One of my favorite things we did while we were in Prague was go on a vintage car tour.

During the fun hour and a half ride, we discovered 25 of the most famous places in the city, while learning and discussing Prague with our driver (who was professional, friendly and spoke fluent English). By the end of our trip, we felt like we had a much better understanding of the gorgeous Czech Republic capital.
Our driver picked us up in front of our hotel, which was super convenient. This service is included in the very reasonable fee. So be sure to take advantage of this perk.
Not only did we see the spectacular sights of old Prague, at the end of our tour our driver dropped us off at the Charles Bridge. This saved us a ton of time fighting crowds of tourists.
We visited in the late fall and it was pretty cold, but the open air vehicle was toasty warm so this activity can be enjoyed year-round. Prague is gorgeous in the winter, by the way.
We took tons of photos during the drive and even made this short highlight video to share with you on YouTube. It was tons of fun.
We were only in Prague for a day, but thankfully we saw nearly everything we wanted to see…all while riding in the back of vintage car that made us feel like we were in the roarin’ 20s of the Gatsby era!! You’ll feel like a million bucks while cruising around town.
During our short ride we were able to see the romantic Old Town, Prague castle and the “Dancing House”. Our driver even pointed out to us the home of Beethoven (the composer, not the dog!) and the church where Mozart made his musical magic. The organ he played on is still there and is definitely worth a visit. You’ll find that church at the start of the Charles Bridge, your driver will point it out, too.
Whether you’re spending weeks in Prague or you just have a few hours to enjoy this amazingly gorgeous city, we highly recommend the Prague Old Car S.R.O. tour company.
