- Children must be accompanied by an adult in Mrs. Lincoln’s Attic
- Late admittance to theater presentations is not allowed
- The museum is a smoke-free facility
- Only service animals are permitted; no pets allowed
- No refunds or exchanges on museum admission
- The museum reserves the right to refuse admittance

- Flash photography is only allowed in the Plaza
