Additionally, certain routes are not eligible, including popular lines like the Auto Train, Borealis, Carolinian, Lincoln Service, Hiawatha, Illinois Zephyr/Carl Sandburg, Keystone from Philadelphia to Harrisburg, Missouri River Runner, Pacific Surfliner, Piedmont, and Winter Park Express.
Amtrak’s winter flash sale also comes with a few booking policies to keep in mind. Changes are not allowed once tickets are booked, and all reservations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if plans change.
