BELLEVUE, WA – Police in Washington are seeking the public’s help identifying two suspects connected to a July bank robbery.
The Bellevue Police Department on Tuesday released surveillance video showing a white male suspect wearing a medical mask entering a Wells Fargo bank branch on the 2200 block of 156th Avenue NE at around 4:46 p.m. on July 17. He can be seen passing a note to the teller.
According to police, the note read, “this is a robbery,” and demanded large bills. The teller complied and handed over the cash, after which the suspect left the bank traveling north along 156th Avenue NE.
Another person of interest connected to the robbery is a white woman believed to be in her late 20s or early 30s, who was seen with the male suspect before and after the bank robbery. She allegedly shoplifted at a nearby store while the robbery was underway.
Police are asking anyone with information about either suspect or the robbery to come forward or submit an anonymous tip. Have any theories on this case? Let us know in the comments section below!
