This is one event my hubby Jack and I never miss. It’s just so much fun! And thankfully, because we live in Winona, Minnesota, we’re in the heart of all the action!
A Weekend of Artistic Wonders
Mark your calendars for the last full weekend of April (4/26/24 – 4/28/24) when artists from across the region open their studio doors to the public. This free, self-guided tour is a fantastic opportunity to witness the creative process firsthand and explore the diverse range of art produced in the area.
From pottery to woodturning, sculpture to photography, there’s something for everyone at the Bluff Country Studio Art Tour. You’ll have the chance to chat with the artists, learn about their techniques, and even catch live demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Know Before You Go
- The Bluff Country Studio Art Tour takes place on the last full weekend of April (Friday, April 26, 2024 to Sunday, April 28, 2024), from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
- The tour is FREE and self-guided, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
- Studios and galleries are located throughout Southeast Minnesota, from Winona to the Iowa border and from the Mississippi River to Highway 52.
- Some artists may have their work displayed at the Lanesboro Community Center if their studios are not accessible to visitors.
- Be sure to bring a map, comfortable shoes, and a sense of adventure!
