According to @keesha4rank, the parents parked the stroller behind a wall across from the ride, approximately 20 meters away, before joining the line. The stroller was covered with a Spiderman blanket, which @keesha4rank noticed was moving, suggesting a child was underneath. She also overheard one of the parents suggest placing a chair to block one side of the stroller’s location.
