CHICAGO, IL – Get ready to put on your detective hat and embark on a thrilling adventure through the streets of Chicago! “Clue: A Walking Mystery” is back for another season, offering a unique blend of murder mystery and city exploration. This interactive game, inspired by the classic board game “Clue,” allows participants to immerse themselves in a fictional whodunnit while discovering iconic locations in the Loop and River North.
🎭 Become Your Favorite “Clue” Character
One of the most exciting aspects of “Clue: A Walking Mystery” is the opportunity to cosplay as your favorite game character. Whether you’ve always dreamed of being the sophisticated Colonel Mustard or the brilliant Professor Plum, this is your chance to bring them to life.
Teams of up to five people can choose their characters based on descendants of the iconic game characters, such as Chef White, Mayor Green, and Solicitor Peacock.

🗺️ Uncover Clues Across the City
The game begins at Block 37, where teams receive their mission from “butlers” at the starting point. From there, participants set out to explore various locations within a mile radius, searching for clues hidden in furniture from Mr. Boddy’s fictitious Tudor Mansion.
The objective is to solve the mystery of who killed Mr. Boddy, in what “room,” and with what weapon. Along the way, detectives must complete interactive puzzles at each locale to whittle down the list of suspects, settings, and murder weapons.
⏰ Solve the Mystery at Your Own Pace
While most games take around three hours to complete, “Clue: A Walking Mystery” is not a timed event. Teams are encouraged to take their time and enjoy the experience, lingering at locations as they please.
This allows participants to not only focus on solving the mystery but also appreciate the city’s landmarks and hidden gems. The game is suitable for adults and children aged eight and above, making it a perfect family-friendly activity.

As participants navigate the city streets, they’ll have the opportunity to see familiar places in a new light and discover hidden corners they might have overlooked before.
