The suspect, 65-year-old Jose Ramos-Cordero from New Britain, is accused of entering an apartment at Brookdale Gables, a senior living facility, without permission. Police have reported that they were presented with video evidence showing Ramos-Cordero attempting to engage in inappropriate sexual behavior with the tenant’s dog.
