🤔 I want to buy an eBook. What is the process like?

✅ It’s easy, simple, and fun! When you order a digital product from our store, you’ll immediately receive an email with a download link to access the purchased file. This allows you to download it directly after completing your purchase. eBooks are delivered in two popular formats: EPUB and PDF, both of which you can read on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If the email doesn’t show up within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder.

🤔 I want to buy an Audiobook. What is the process like?

✅ Rock on! Audiobooks are delivered just like our eBooks. When you order a digital product from our store, you’ll immediately receive an email with a download link. Audiobooks are delivered in the popular MP3 format, which you can listen to on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. If the email doesn’t show up within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder.

🤔 I want to buy a Paperback. What is the process like?

✅ Now you’re talking our talk! We’re book nerds too and love how printed books feel in our hands and look on the shelf. Hehe. Here’s the deal: as soon as you complete your purchase, we’ll process your order. Because we only use American manufacturers, our books are shipped from Minnesota and North Carolina. Your package will usually arrive in about a week, but delivery time depends on your location. Be sure to place your order well in advance during the busy holiday season! Currently, we only ship to folks in the United States.

🤔 I want to buy some Merch—like a fun hat or cool t-shirt. What is the process like?

✅ Basically, it rocks. Kinda like you! As soon as you complete your purchase, we’ll process your order. Since we only use American manufacturers, our merch ships from Nevada. Your package will usually arrive in about a week, but delivery time depends on your location. Be sure to order well in advance during the holiday season! Currently, we only ship to folks in the United States.

🤔 What if I buy a Paperback and some Merch? What is the process like?

✅ First of all, we’ll consider you the coolest person ever. Second, expect to receive two separate packages—one with your book and one with your merch. I mean, let’s be real, isn’t it more fun to open two packages instead of one? Hehe. Because we only use American manufacturers, our books ship from Minnesota and North Carolina, while our merch ships from Nevada. Your packages will usually arrive in about a week, but delivery time depends on your location. Be sure to order in advance during the holiday season! Currently, we only ship to folks in the United States.

🤔 Why do you only sell in the United States?

✅ All of our digital products (eBooks and Audiobooks) are available worldwide. However, our physical products (like Paperbacks, T-shirts, and Hats) are currently only available for shipping within the United States. This is because we work exclusively with American-based manufacturers. We’re proud to support small businesses (and their communities) in Minnesota, Nevada, and North Carolina. Unfortunately, due to rising paper and shipping costs, international shipping isn’t feasible right now. We’re working on it, though! In the meantime, most of our books are available at major retailers worldwide.

🤔 Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
