The latest data reveals that Rice Krispies Treats are the nation’s top snack, winning hearts in 18 states, including several in the Midwest like Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. That’s a lot of love for those gooey squares!

But the Midwest has its own unique tastes too. In Ohio, Doritos take the crown, while Nebraska and Illinois prefer the cheesy crunch of Cheetos. North Dakota stands out with its love for Chex Mix, and South Dakota is all about Fritos, which also reign supreme in Oklahoma.
