The study also highlighted that 88% of these young workers find AI helps them overcome a phenomenon known as “task paralysis”—a feeling of being unable to start or complete tasks when the workload becomes too much. This reliance on AI tools allows Gen Z to keep up with the demands of a busy workday, making it easier to tackle projects without getting bogged down by stress.

The study also shows that both Gen Z and millennials are regularly using two or more AI tools each week, with 93% of Gen Z and 79% of millennials relying on AI for various aspects of their jobs.

Beyond simply making their work easier, AI also plays a crucial role in enhancing soft skills, such as communication, collaboration, and leadership—skills that are essential for success in today’s fast-paced business environment.
