EMINENCE, IN — Want a MOOving article? This one is utterly inspiring! A local Eminence, Indiana boy named Wyatt Ban is officially the talk of the town. Why? Well, Wyatt was driving with his mom Morgan when he saw a cow acting strangely in a field.

Boisterous Bovine Needs Help!

He didn’t know what was wrong, but he knew there was trouble. Trusting his gut, Wyatt begged his mom to turn the car around so he could help the boisterous bovine.

After much pleading, she finally couldn’t take it anymore, and pulled over near a bridge on State Road 42. Wyatt ran towards the field, slipped through barbed wire and found himself in the pasture.

Wyatt Saves the Day!

Wyatt spotted the source of the cow’s concern: her newborn calf was stuck in a ditch down a steep embankment near a creek. Wyatt gently pushed the calf out of the water, gracefully freeing the young animal.

The calf was happily reunited with its mother, just as fast as Wyatt was back in the car with his own mom!

Morgan fondly recounts the heroic rescue, proud that her young son knew just what do. Wyatt, you’re officially our hero of the day!
