Robbery Rocks Whitehaven
On Friday at 8:20 a.m., chaos erupted outside First Horizon Bank at 140 Mitchell Road.
Memphis Police Department (MPD) officers rushed to the scene after receiving a robbery report.
According to authorities, the trio of bandits rolled up in a white Nissan Altima, targeting the armored truck as its worker serviced the ATM.
Cash Grab and Getaway
The rifle-toting rogues didn’t hesitate. They swiped a hefty haul of money from the truck and peeled out, leaving the stunned employee in their dust.
MPD later located the abandoned Nissan Altima nearby, but the devious desperados had already vanished with their loot.
