CHICAGO, IL – The Chicago Police Department has issued an urgent alert for a 16-year-old girl and her 2-month-old son, both reported missing from the North Side of Chicago, Illinois. Authorities are seeking the public’s help to locate Mariangel Gomez and her infant, last seen earlier this week.

Details of the Disappearance

Mariangel Gomez, considered “high risk” by police, was last spotted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday on the 600 block of West Irving Park Road.

The teenager, who stands approximately 5 feet tall and weighs 120 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, she was dressed in a blue jacket, black pants, and black gym shoes. Her 2-month-old son was with her when they vanished.
