LOS ANGELES, CA – The same man who allegedly broke into Emma Roberts’ home earlier this year has reportedly also been stalking her “American Horror Story: Delicate” co-star, Kim Kardashian.
Kardashian, 43, has filed for a restraining order against Melvin Jeffery Conley, according to TMZ, citing legal documents. Roberts, 33, previously won a restraining order against the same man after he allegedly broke into her home in May.
According to Kardashian’s legal filing, Roberts called to warn her that Conley had mentioned a desire to contact Kim and her children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
When Conley allegedly broke into Roberts’ house, he reportedly used her landline to call her mobile number. Assuming it was a family member, Roberts returned the call, and Conley answered.
According to Kardashian, the day after Roberts’ warning, Conley showed up at the home of Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner. Conley allegedly told security he was a Toronto Raptors player and Kardashian’s “long-time manager.” That would have come as news to Jenner, who is perhaps the most famous “momager” in the world.
That gambit failed, but last month Conley allegedly showed up at Kardashian’s home, which she said in her legal filing is difficult to find, demonstrating the effort he is putting into contacting her.
He was confronted by security at the perimeter, and allegedly said he would jump the fence, but was stopped.
Kardashian and Roberts have been acquainted since Roberts shopped at the Kardashian sisters’ store, Dash, as a teen, before the Kardashian family’s reality TV fame.
They are set to work together again as executive producers the upcoming scripted series “Calabasas,” based on the novel “If You Lived Here You’d Be Famous By Now” by Via Belidner, for Netflix.
