Teacher Threatens Trump
This is NewsChat: your source for the Truth in today’s news. Today is Tuesday, February 18, 2025 and I’m your host Jack Norton from JackAndKitty.com.
A New Jersey teacher is under federal investigation after allegedly making alarming social media posts about former President Donald Trump.
Fred Wilson, a special education and social studies teacher at Egg Harbor Township High School, reportedly wrote threatening posts against the President on Facebook.
His rants gained attention after being widely shared on X and TikTok, leading the U.S. Secret Service to launch an investigation.
Wilson also allegedly made profanity-laced posts attacking Trump and his supporters.
The school district is conducting its own investigation and cooperating with law enforcement, though officials have not released further details due to personnel laws.
In the wake of the backlash, Wilson deleted his Facebook account and has not responded to media inquiries.
With Trump having already survived two assassination attempts before the November election, this case is drawing intense scrutiny.
Friends, teachers hold a position of great influence and responsibility, shaping the minds and values of the next generation.
The Bible makes it clear in James 3:1 that “Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.”
A man entrusted with educating children should be a model of wisdom, integrity, and self-control—not someone making reckless, violent statements.
This situation is a sobering example of why parents must remain vigilant about who is teaching their children and why educators should embrace their role with the moral weight it carries.
Man Confesses to Murder of Mom and Aunt
A Kansas man allegedly murdered his mother and aunt after being evicted by them—then fled to Missouri, where he walked into a random pharmacy covered in blood and confessed.
Authorities say 34-year-old Luke Anthony Howard fatally shot his mother, Valerie Howard, 63, and his aunt, Joyce Austin, 71, inside their Lenexa home. Austin had reportedly given him an eviction notice just before the killings.
After the murders, Howard drove 30 miles to Liberty, Missouri, where pharmacy employees called police when he admitted to the crime.
Officers later found both women dead, with nearly a dozen shell casings in one room.
Just days earlier, police were called to the home when the victims had locked themselves in their rooms, fearing Howard’s violent behavior. Nothing was done at the time.
Now, he remains in custody on a $5 million bond, awaiting extradition to Kansas to face double murder charges.
This horrific crime is a stark example of how the enemy works to steal, kill, and destroy. Satan thrives on division, anger, and chaos, seeking to corrupt the hearts and minds of those who are vulnerable.
When left unchecked, rage and resentment can open doors to demonic influence, pushing people toward unimaginable evil.
The Bible warns in Ephesians 6:12 that “our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
This tragedy is a chilling example of how darkness can take hold when a person is isolated, tormented, and without Christ.
Mental illness is real, and when untreated, it can be a tool the enemy uses to destroy lives. Instead of seeking help, this man reportedly let his anger and instability fester, leading to deadly consequences.
The church must recognize that spiritual warfare and mental health often intersect. Prayer, deliverance, and medical care are all necessary to combat the strongholds that lead to destruction.
This is a call to stand in the gap—praying for those battling unseen forces, offering support to the struggling, and equipping believers to resist the enemy before tragedy strikes.

Transgender Teen’s Massacre Plot
Authorities in Indiana arrested 18-year-old Trinity Shockley, a transgender teen accused of plotting a mass shooting at Mooresville High School on Valentine’s Day. The teenage girl identifies as a transgender man and goes by the names Jamie or Dex.
Investigators say Shockley idolized mass murderers, kept a disturbing shrine to killers like Nikolas Cruz and Dylann Roof, and detailed plans for an attack in online messages.
Police found notebooks filled with violent writings, a collection of ammunition, and a bulletproof vest. A tip to the FBI’s Sandy Hook Tip Line led to the teen’s arrest before the alleged plan could be carried out.
Shockley had reportedly planned the attack for over a year, intending to strike during lunchtime for maximum casualties.
Messages revealed a deep obsession with school shootings, with Shockley allegedly calling it “Parkland Part Two.”
Shockley had reportedly requested mental health resources multiple times, but her father allegedly denied access, refusing to acknowledge the need for help because he didn’t believe in mental health treatment.
Investigators noted that the teen has a long history of making violent threats online, fueled by rage and feelings of isolation.
Friends, this tragic case reveals the deep spiritual brokenness in our world and the urgent need to reach those who are lost and struggling with confusion.
The Bible calls us to be a light in the darkness, offering compassion and truth to those consumed by hatred and despair.
Remember, Jesus taught that no one is beyond redemption, and as Christians, we must stand firm in both justice and mercy—holding wrongdoers accountable while also extending hope to those in pain.
This is a call to pray for transformation, to offer guidance to those in crisis, and to be active in our communities, reaching troubled hearts before evil takes root.
Thanks for listening to NewsChat – now if the good Lord’s willing and the creek don’t rise, I’ll see you again tomorrow morning. I hope you have a great day. Remember, Jesus loves you and you deserve to feel good today! Take care.
