The FBI says she stole millions, targeting vulnerable romantics online from 2021 to 2022, and they’re hunting for more victims. Dubbed a “romance scam on steroids,” her cross-border crime spree could lock her up for life.

A 55-year-old Minnesota woman faces felony charges after keeping her 73-year-old mother’s decomposing body in their home for months, believing God would resurrect her. She stopped her mom’s meds, leaning on “natural remedies,” until her ex-husband found the corpse amid a stench in December 2022. Prosecutors say untreated illness killed the elderly woman, and the case shocked their quiet suburban Twin Cities neighborhood.
