Guida and the alleged shooter, identified as 75-year-old Terrell Eugene Giddens, both exited their vehicles during an apparent road rage dispute. The confrontation escalated when Giddens allegedly opened fire, fatally wounding Guida.

But the violence didn’t end there. Witnesses reported that after shooting Guida, Giddens fired several more rounds into the victim’s vehicle, where Guida’s three children—ages 13, 11, and 2—sat in shock.
