Milwaukee, WI – A Pick ‘n Save grocery store on Milwaukee‘s north side was shut down on Monday, April 15, after failing a health inspection. The store, located near 35th and North, has faced similar issues in the past. In fact, we’ve previously reported on the problems shoppers have had with this Wisconsin grocery store.
Mouse Droppings Found Throughout Store
Inspectors found evidence of a mouse infestation, with droppings in food preparation areas, storage spaces, the pharmacy, and near cash registers! The infestation even reached the store’s second-floor office.
Store Closed for Cleaning
Following the failed inspection, the store was immediately closed for cleaning and sanitization. The management worked to address the issue and clean up the affected areas.

FOX6 in Milwaukee reported receiving this statement from Pick ‘n Save spokesperson:

Reopened After Reinspection
The store was allowed to reopen on Tuesday after health inspectors determined that the problem had been resolved.
