WINONA, MN – Good morning, friend! As you step into this day, remember that true strength comes from walking in humility. Sometimes, life can tempt us to put ourselves first, but God calls us to serve others with a humble heart. Humility isn’t about thinking less of ourselves—it’s about thinking of ourselves less, trusting that God’s plan is greater than our own.
When we develop humility, we invite God’s peace and purpose into our lives. A humble heart allows us to handle challenges with grace, to grow through trials, and to see others as God sees them. This isn’t always easy, but through prayer, we draw closer to the One who can transform us.
Today, let’s ask God to help us live with humility. Let’s surrender our pride, focus on His goodness, and trust His guidance. He is faithful to lift us up when we walk humbly before Him.
Prayer for Developing Humility
Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day. As we wake up and face whatever lies ahead, we ask for Your presence to guide us. Lord, help us develop humility in our hearts. Teach us to let go of pride and to serve others with love and compassion.
We know that humility brings us closer to You. Give us the strength to walk in faith, trusting that You have a purpose for our lives. Bless us with peace, protection, and wisdom throughout the day. Help us to reflect Your grace in everything we do.
Father, thank You for loving us unconditionally. As we move forward today, may we be a light to those around us, showing kindness, patience, and humility in all circumstances. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
