Prayer for Forgiveness of Sins
Heavenly Father,
I lift up everyone listening right now, as they begin this new day. Lord, we come before You with humble hearts, knowing that Your mercy is new every morning.
Dear friend, I pray that you feel God’s loving presence washing over you right now. Whatever mistakes or regrets you’re carrying, know that God’s forgiveness is greater than any sin. His grace is unlimited, His mercy endless.
Father, I ask that You cleanse my brother/sister’s heart today. Remove any shame, guilt, or condemnation they may be feeling. Let them know deep in their spirit that when You forgive, You forget. Help them accept Your forgiveness fully and extend that same grace to themselves.
Lord, give them the strength to walk in newness today. When memories of past mistakes try to surface, remind them that they are washed clean in Your sight. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Guide their steps today, knowing they walk as Your forgiven, beloved child. Let Your light shine through them, showing others the transforming power of Your forgiveness.
In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
