Surround Yourself With Winners! A Prayer To Stop Hanging Out With Bad Influences
Lord, Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, “Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character”.
Hi, I’m Jack Norton and I’d like to pray this powerful prayer for you. As we unite in prayer, trust that God is with us, listening and ready to answer.
Prayer for Toxic Relationships
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts open to Your guidance. We lift up Your child who is seeking to surround themselves with positivity and light. Lord, Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 15:33 , “Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character”.
Loving God, we declare this is a season of positive change and growth. Just as You lead Your sheep to green pastures and still waters, guide Your child to uplifting relationships that nourish their spirit.
Father, we ask for Your discernment and strength. Give them courage to recognize relationships that no longer serve Your purpose for their life. Help them set healthy boundaries with love and grace, always seeking to honor You in their interactions.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of negativity, gossip, or toxic influence clinging to their life. We stand firm on Your promise that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.
Heavenly Father, grant Your child wisdom in choosing companions. Help them seek out those who will encourage their faith and inspire them to reach higher. May they be drawn to people who reflect Your love, joy, peace, and kindness.
We thank You for the positive changes coming. We praise You for being a God of new beginnings. We trust that as they draw near to You, You will draw near to them, surrounding them with Your favor as with a shield.
Father, we pray for divine connections and godly friendships to enter their life. Open their eyes to see the good in others and to be a source of encouragement themselves. Let their life be a beacon of Your light, attracting others seeking Your truth and love.
Lord, protect them as they navigate these changes. Give them strength to stand firm in their convictions, even when it’s difficult. Help them forgive those they may need to distance themselves from, releasing any bitterness or resentment.
We pray for their life to be filled with joy, peace, and purpose. As they align with Your will and surround themselves with positive influences, may they experience the abundant life You promise.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. Your child thanks you for your guidance and blessings with a grateful heart, knowing You are faithful to complete the good work You’ve begun in them. May this journey towards positivity bring glory to Your name and draw them closer to You.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
