RAGBRAI, short for Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is a legendary event known around the globe. It’s the biggest and longest bike tour in the world. And guess what? The 51st RAGBRAI is coming your way!
Mark your calendar for July 20th, 2024, because that’s when the fun begins. Riders will kick off their journey from Glenwood, Iowa, and embark on a thrilling adventure through the southern part of the state. But that’s not all!
Along the way, they’ll make pit stops in Red Oak, Atlantic, Winterset, Knoxville, Ottumwa, and Mount Pleasant. And finally, on July 27th, they’ll reach Burlington to dip their bike tires in the mighty Mississippi River.
This year’s RAGBRAI is extra special. It covers a total of 434 miles and features a whopping 18,741 feet of climb. Get ready for the hilliest ride ever!
