The incident started at around 1 a.m. when officers from the Upland Police Department spotted a Chevrolet Tahoe wanted by the West Covina Police Department for felony evading.

As the officers attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver sped off before the police could even activate their sirens. The suspect led the chase across multiple areas before eventually making his way into Rancho Cucamonga.

A Pause for Love

In an unexpected turn, the high-speed heartthrob brought the chase to an abrupt stop in the middle of a street. The suspect’s girlfriend then appeared from a nearby home, ran to the vehicle, and shared a brief “farewell kiss” with him.
