Authorities nabbed this teenage terror, Ahmed Falah, on Nolensville Pike after a tense pursuit ended with his car crippled by a spike strip on Brewer Drive. The chase kicked off when Falah ditched his vehicle, but his escape attempt didn’t last long.
Shooting on Nolensville Pike Sparks Pursuit
The trouble began on February 8 along the 4000 block of Nolensville Pike. Metro Nashville Police reported that Falah, behind the wheel, clashed verbally with another driver.
Words turned to bullets when this reckless renegade fired, striking the passenger of the opposing vehicle in the knee. The victim’s injury set off a manhunt that wouldn’t stop until the culprit was in cuffs.
Police Trap Ends Fugitive’s Run
Detectives zeroed in on the devious driver. When they moved to stop him, Falah bolted, leading officers on a high-stakes chase. A well-placed spike strip shredded his tires, forcing him to abandon his ride on Brewer Drive.
Once cornered, police searched his vehicle and found a gun, sealing his fate. Falah’s arrest brought relief to a community rattled by the brazen attack.
Charges Pile Up for Teen Suspect
Now behind bars, Falah faces a slew of accusations: aggravated assault, evading arrest, and driving without a license. His bond is set at a hefty $54,500 as he awaits his next day in court.
