Alleged Abuse of the 6-Year-Old

According to an arrest affidavit, the three adults were caring for the 6-year-old child when he became upset after losing a bag of chips. As punishment, Duncan allegedly placed the child in the clothes dryer as the boy resisted using his feet.

Ford then allegedly shut the machine, preventing the child from escaping, while Gill allegedly started the dryer. The child was reportedly inside the running dryer for about a minute before Duncan removed him and placed him in a laundry cart.
