Rachel hails from the Standing Rock Tribe, specifically from the North Dakota side of the reservation in Fort Yates. Her heritage is deeply rooted in the Lakota Sioux Nation.
Rachel’s journey in the world of pageantry began at the age of 13 when she started competing. Over the years, she has earned several titles, including Miss Rapid City and Miss Winona. However, it was her win as Miss Minnesota that truly catapulted her into the spotlight.
