ST. CLOUD, MN – The St. Cloud Police Department is actively searching for 16-year-old Vylette Pazhao Yang, who has been missing since February. Yang was reported missing after running away from a placement home in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The last confirmed sighting of her was on February 26 at around 5 p.m.
Vylette Yang is described as 4’10” tall, weighing 123 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is of Asian-American descent.

Authorities believe Yang may be with her brother, Nicholas, or possibly her mother, Ong Xiong, who has had her parental rights terminated. Xiong is reportedly residing in Blaine.
