For Elizabeth, gratitude isn’t a one-time fix—it’s a rhythm. She ends each day with a prayer, thanking God for specific moments, like a finished crossword or a laugh with her grandson.

“It’s simple, but it brings so much peace,” she says. She also shares her gratitude with others, whether it’s a quick text to a friend or a chat with her church group.

“Telling someone what you’re thankful for spreads joy,” she notes. “It deepens your connections and lifts everyone up.”

Now, Elizabeth’s days feel lighter, her focus sharper. The woman who once dwelled on what was missing now radiates joy, crediting her faith-filled gratitude practice.

“It’s changed how I see everything,” she says. Her advice to others? Start small, stay consistent, and let gratitude reshape your heart.

“Pray, ‘God, help me see Your goodness today,’” she urges. “You’ll be amazed at what happens next.”
