I know of an instance where ignorance of the law was rewarded. A woman went around lowered railroad gates because she claimed through a lawyer the angled lines were telling her to go around them. She should have had her license revoked for her insanity. And ignorance why would something lower to block your path just to direct you around it. The lines were changed to vertical because of this travesty of justice!
Ottawa wants saliva free sidewalks but it’s OK for a junky to OD on them. Stay classy!!
