In 1960, Alex Jordan opened his dream house built atop a towering chimney of rock. Initially, it was a lofty retreat with breathtaking views, but over the years, it expanded into what we now know as The House on the Rock. This attraction has evolved significantly, featuring stunning architecture, curious collections, and mind-blowing exhibits.

Plan Your Visit
To fully enjoy The House on the Rock, it is recommended to allow at least three hours for the Ultimate Experience. Visitors are advised to arrive no later than 2 PM. Arriving later might limit your options and force you to rush through the complex. The last admittance for the Ultimate Experience is at 3 PM, with all ticket sales ending and the complex closing at 5 PM.
